This is a concept in early development. Before building, we want to hear from people who have needed to create or access tactile graphics. Your experience, however partial, shapes the right product.
What we would love to know
There are no right or wrong answers. A sentence is enough. If you want to write more, please do.
Have you ever needed to create a diagram, map, or image that someone could read by touch? Or have you needed to access one yourself?
If so we would love to know how you managed it and what got in the way. Even if the solution you found was less than ideal, or you tried and gave up, that experience is exactly what we need to hear.

Growing up in the US I had a dot matrix printer in my bedroom for drafts. If I needed something professional, like a university application letter, I would drive to a late night copy centre with my floppy disk to have it printed on a laser printer.
